Earthwork Analysis and summary

What you need to know

Earthwork is one of the major elements of land development construction. The purposes of earthwork are the creation of engineering works from the soil (such as dams, railroads, highways, canals, channels, and trenches), the laying of foundations for buildings and structures which are erected from other materials, the leveling of areas under development for building, and the removal of masses of earth in order to facilitate the construction of land development projects.

What to expect:

We will provide a detailed grading analysis summary sheet that entails all the earthwork quantities such as a raw mass excavation cut & fill map accompanied by a 3D image of the proposed mass excavation design in a PDF form, quantification of all the remedial grading such as over-excavation in cut areas, remove & re-compaction in fill areas to name a few and will incorporate all factors relating to subsidence, shrinkage and or bulkage within our grading analysis.
